ingredients

2-3 drops Tabasco sauce
50g sachet Leggo's Tomato Paste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Grated rind and juice of a lemon or lime
20 shelled, green prawns
Oil for cooking

instructions

step 1

In a large bowl combine Tabasco sauce, Leggo's Tomato Paste, Worcestershire, lemon rind and juice.

step 2

Add prawns and coat with marinade, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

step 3

Brush heated barbecue with oil, place prawns onto barbecue and cook for 1-2 minutes each side or until cooked. Serve with barbecued vegetables.
