Sacha King, Nutrition Science Manager
Sacha has a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Food Science and Technology (Honours) and a Graduate Diploma in Health Sciences (Human Nutrition). She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology.
Chrystal Yam, Nutritionist
Chrystal has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Food Science & Nutrition) with Honours. She is a member of Nutrition Australia, the Nutrition Society of Australia, the Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology and the Food Industry Nutrition Group. She is also an honourary life member of the Golden Key Association.
Shelley Dillon, Dietitian
Shelley has a Bachelor of Dietetics and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Health Science) majoring in Food Science. She is also an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and serves on the Board of Trustees of the International Life Science Institute. She is a long-standing member of many professional organisations such as Nutrition Australia and the Food Industry Nutrition Group.
