Sweet Chilli Sauce can be found in the Asian section of the supermarket. It is a mixture of pickled red peppers, garlic, sugar and vinegar cooked into a syrupy hot peppery sauce. It can be used as a dipping sauce or added to many Asian dishes. Mild versions of the sauce are available in the condiment section of the supermarket.
