Baby corn cobs make a colourful addition to Asian stir-fries, salads, soups and starters. Buy them fresh from Asian grocers or from the vegetable section of the supermarket. Cook them up in minutes to a tender crisp texture. Also available in cans as whole baby corn or cuts and can be found in the canned vegetable section of the supermarket. As the canning process has already cooked the baby corn they only require heating through for hot dishes or can be drained and tossed through salads.
