Place a piece of Lebanese Flat Bread onto an oven tray and brush liberally with oil or melted butter.

Sprinkle with poppy seed or sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 10 minutes or until the bread is crisped.

Break bread into large shards.

Serve as part of an antipasto platter with prosciutto, cheese, olives and char-grilled artichokes.
