Green curry paste

Traditionally associated with Thai food the curry flavour differs from Indian curries in many ways. The flavour comes from a base of fresh herbs in particular Coriander. Other ingredients include green chilli, lemongrass, fish sauce, galangal and kaffir lime which gives this spicy blend, its characteristic Thai flavour. Use green curry for stir-fries, curries, noodle dishes and soups.
